Why I am seeing repeat referrals (same referral posted twice) or why sometimes my site visitor gets an error message after posting referral?

If you are using custom templates and your templates are full page forms, then sometimes, user when sees wait image (message) he/she refreshes the page and that leads to repeat post data. Based on your campaign configuration parameters this can lead to an error or duplicate referral.

This happens very rarely and you can easily avoid it by having a dummy post action so even if the user refreshes the browser while waiting the repeat data submission does not happen.
