One user has filled in registration form but why don't I see that data in my account?
Please note: The Opt-In sign up list shows data from users who have not only filled out the registration form but also checked their emails and clicked on the opt-in confirmation links. So the user will not be shown in your list if that user has not yet completed the opt-in process.
Also occasionally, we purge information about users who either request to opt-out or we observe them abusing the system/suspect of fraudulent activity and that might be causing “missing data syndrome” in your account.
