What are my options for reward fulfillment?
For every campaign and reward type you can decide whether you want to distribute the reward on your own, or you would like NextBee to distribute the reward. If you choose to distribute the rewards, then the information about users who are eligible to get the rewards is available in NextBee account "Conversions" tab under "Rewards" link and the status is marked as pending.
You can download the "Pending Rewards Data" as an excel file (which includes name, email, and other information about each user). After fulfilling the rewards, select the reward recipient users (using checkboxes) and click on "Mark Rewards Processed" to make sure your next download report you do not get listing of these users.
