How do I check details of a particular point reward?

To check details of a particular point credit/reward, please follow the link (sub-tab) for Points on the Conversions tab of your NextBee account ( Pic -1, 2) .

If you are looking for information on certain day or information about certain user whose email you know then you can use these parameters in your query ( Pic - 3 ). In your point’s credit result list, you can click on the link that shows the points count (next to user's name), to see details of credits that particular user received.

Depending on your campaign settings, you will be able to get information such as order id, order amount, date, ip address, purchaser's email, and particular promotional channel (the SID parameter in your links). Note: This will show only the point credits within the date range you selected for your query.
