What data is shown on the rewards page in Conversions tab?

Rewards link (sub tab) shows the rewards information about the users. It shows both the pending rewards (reward information about users who are eligible to receive the reward but since you have chosen to fulfill the rewards on your own have not received the actual reward) and processed rewards (either issued by NextBee's automatic reward fulfillment process or the rewards you have manually fulfilled).

You can drill down on reward count to see details of the reward. These details include (for coupon rewards) coupon id issued to the user and (for cash rewards) PayPal transaction id associated with the payment made to the user.

If you get any support requests about the rewards then you can look for these details and answer the customers' requests about their rewards.
