What if the user's PayPal email id is different from the one they use while participating the program?
You can suggest users to use the same email id as PayPal account id but it is not necessary to do so. The User can always associate multiple email addresses with his/her PayPal accounts and so if he/she receives payment at an email not associated with current Payal accounts then the user can add new email id to the existing PayPal account and collect the money. PayPal does provide excellent support to users so once you send the money to users they can directly interact with PayPal website and support team to get the money in their bank accounts.
