How do I approve and edit reviews?
All user submitted reviews need approval (either from you or NextBee administrator) before they are published (visible) on your site. To approve the reviews, go to Reviews tab in your account ( Fig: 1 ), select the appropriate reviews campaign as in Fig-1 and then select all the "New" reviews and click "Approve" button to approve them ( Fig: 2 ). If you would like to edit the review content then you can simply change the user submitted review comments on this screen and save it. Please note: You cannot change the ratings given by user and can only edit the review comments.
You have complete control over which reviews are approved and rejected. You can reject already published reviews as well.
