How Do I Upload Offline Conversion Data?

You will need to update the file you wish to upload, where the fields match our variables. The sequence does not have to be the same, but the variables have to match identically, e.g., MemberFirstName as the title for First Name. After updating the fields, you will need to add an order ID. If your campaign is referral, you want to have the order numbers set as Referral_1, Referral_2, Referral_3, etc. If it is loyalty, you will want to have Loyalty_1, Loyalty_2, Loyalty_3 etc. Please note, you cannot duplicate order numbers in the future. Lastly, you will have to add a Conversion Value count, which will tell the system how many points to add. If you want to add 10 points, put 10 in that field.

Once the file is prepared, you will login to your administrator account. You will then go to Upload Data File, underneath the graph, and click on it. You will then upload the file, and you are done.
