Why does it say my customers will get cash reward after a month?

We make sure that you have deposited money with us before we send out reward money to users. Sometimes, although many users get credit for point rewards not all of them redeem the points to get cash credit (some opt for coupons or some users don't redeem points right away). Given this, most of our business members do not know up-front how much money they should credit in their accounts before users redeem their points and hence we let users redeem points and get cash credit even if you do not have deposited money yet.

After you clear the payment, we send out reward cash to users within a very short period of time. But since the payment from you can be delayed - to avoid any confusion we have notice with far out payment date to user. Btw, please note, it does not mean we will pay users on that date but it says we will pay users "by" that date. If you pre-deposit the money then we can send out money almost immediately. In nutshell, your payment schedule controls how soon the users will get cash after they are eligible for reward.
