How will I override points data?
Please note: We do support bulk upload of reward token codes either from your account or as a custom cron job if your system relies on collecting reward tokens as part of lead information and then marking leads as closed sales within your CRM system or other order tracking system. For the case, wherein you want to offer one off points credit, you can visit the Conversions tab within your NextBee account and click on the "Add Conversions/Points" link and either reward users point credits based on email id or reward token. We also allow you to reverse a particular conversion. You can click on the left panel link in your account called "New Conversions" that lists the transactions in last 30 days for which user has not already received rewards.
You can reverse a particular conversion in here but you cannot roll back a conversion and corresponding reward if it is already been processed (or users have already redeemed the points). We do support logging points credit in 'wait' state and then upgrading them to either 'active' or downgrading to 'rejected' as a separate job. Only active credits are redeemable by user. So if you offer a trial or money back guarantee or there is time lag between getting a sale and finalizing the transaction, ask us for the custom module that enables you to handle such sales/sign ups as a two step process.
