How do I manually fulfill rewards i.e. use NextBee to just decide who should get reward but not actually give out reward?

Sometimes you may want to fulfill the rewards yourself. This is not difficult at all. Step one, Choose "No" when asked "Should NextBee automatically fulfill the rewards." Then set a time either monthly or every two weeks to pull a CSV export from your user interface. To do this, you navigate to conversions, and then rewards. There will be an export button on that page.
The report that gets generated has following columns:

First Name
Last Name
Email Id
Business Specific Metadata
Reward Count
Reward Description
