How to find out referrers for a particular day?

In your NextBee account, you can visit the Conversions tab (fig-1) and in there you can follow the link (sub-tab) for Referrers to see the referrers (fig-2). By default you will see the referrer information for last 30 days but you can specify the particular day (by having both start date and end date as the same day) to see referrers for a particular day.
