How can I let user play a game twice for sharing a referral?

On the callback function that is invoked after the user successfully submits the referral you can clear the cookie that blocks user from playing the game and have this cookie set again every time user plays the game.

On the "Edit Terms" page of your campaign setup flow you can set the callback function invocation preference and then follow the instructions on Setup Scripts page to get details on the specifications that you must follow to implement this callback function.
