Why does the widget shows up in a separate browser popup?
By default the widget content gets loaded from an http connection to NextBee servers. If you are on a secure page (https), showing in-place widget will give a security warning in Internet Explorer. To get around this security warning, by default the widget is shown in a separate browser popup window. If you want the widget to show up as an in place floating frame (similar behavior as the one on http connection) then make sure all the template content is loaded from https connection to NextBee. It is possible to have exact same behavior of your widget on a secure (https) page as you will see on an http accessible page. If you need help in setting up such widget then please feel free to reach out to us.
