How can I make sure I send referral message to only new leads?
As any marketer will agree, having repeat messages to leads never hurts but if you would like to design a system wherein you give credits only for submitting leads or have other invite only discounts then we will be happy to enable custom filter that never sends a repeat referral message to the same user. With this filter unless user is updated about which of their referral messages were actually sent and which ones were discarded as duplicate there is a big confusion. So currently, we enable this filter and correspondingly help create custom acknowledgment pages (with referral feedback loop) for only Enterprise customers.
