My customer got notice saying he/she received money but the money is not in his/her account yet?
When user gets notification that he/she has received money, the notification also has PayPal transaction id and information on how one will be able to get that money in personal bank account. It is fairly simple and hassle free process. NextBee has little control over the money once it is sent to PayPal so user needs to contact PayPal to resolve any special cases.
