Does promotion participant have to create an account to get reward?
No, if you are using SSO (single sign on) then user never have to create separate account with NextBee and otherwise also the email id of user is used for both tracking purposes as well as reward fulfillment purposes of coupon or cash rewards so user never have to sign up or create account to participate in the promotional campaigns.
If you offer users points rewards wherein user have option to choose the reward from various options you have provided then they have to create account (with SSO, users never have to create account with us even if you are offering points rewards)
