Is there any time lag in calculating and processing the user rewards?

Yes, the rewards are calculated every hour i.e. at 9 am, 10 am, 11, and so forth. Thus, there can be a delay of approximately an hour when a conversion happens and the time user gets reward notification. If you would like to have instant notification to the user then please set up a points reward program. Points are rewarded to users instantly and user gets notification about their reward the moment a valid conversion is posted from your site.
