What are the notifications that user receives?

We try to send minimum number of notifications because users can always setup their personal community user account with us and check status of various events on their own.

Our standard user notifications include, any message that is sent by business administrator using our messengering framework, user registration acknowledgement email, if the user signs up is for a mailing list then opt-in confirmation email, referral emails that user receives from friends (unless user has unsubscribed from messages by a particular user or all referral messages altogether), message that sends out points credit notification for loyalty points and referral reward points program, and finally the reward details message whenever user either redeems the reward points to get a reward or our system auto-fulfills a reward based on conditions set by you.

If you have chosen to fulfill rewards on your own then we do not send notification for a new reward to user.
