Why there is no referral option shown after user signs up for my mailing list?
After user signs up for mailing list unless user is immediately directed to visit email account and confirm the opt-in, the chances that a user will confirm the opt-in fall down as much as 5 times. Therefore, the only message on this page directs user to confirm opt-in immediately and avoid distractions for user before he/she confirms the opt-in.
