Why I am not seeing rewards data in the account?
Please note: We have date range filter applied to your account with default view for last 30 days. Often times, if you have accrued points in the previous month or some other time interval - you might not see any data after you login. Please change the date range in the query filter and you will be able to see the data.
While calculating rewards we always consider all data, so this filtering artifact just has user interface impact. Rest assured that you are not missing out on any data or rewards.
