What are the things I must do after I setup my campaign?
Once you have installed the scripts for your campaign, first thing you should do is to send a note to utest at nextbee dot com and get the campaign tested by our team. We generally get back to you within 48 hrs with an end to end test results. There is no extra charge for this and it helps you to spot any potential issues.
Next, make sure to invite your close friends and associates to participate in the campaign. Login to your account, make sure you see the campaign data, if you are not clear about certain information in there then go through the help guide or our support contact to make sure everything is well set as per your expectations.
Finally, make sure you include information about the new campaign in all your emails (whether personal emails as part of the signature) or your newsletter/campaign emails sent to your customers. Please note, you need to focus on getting the seed users for your campaigns and once you have enthusiastic seed users then your campaign will sustain and grow on its own.
