Is it possible to apply store credit directly within accounts?
Giving users a store credit will be a two step process, with you having the coupon code for store credit as a reward for your campaign and then using the manual override adding the points required to satisfy reward points threshold for your campaign. This will send out notification to user about reward through our system and you can track this reward along with other rewards. Otherwise, you can simply select user's name in the "Referrers" tab and send a note with the store credit coupon to the user. Such notification will not be tracked along with other automatically generated rewards in your account.
