How will I run a loyalty program for my hotel business?

If you have online booking functionality then you can simply use our loyalty program in the very same as an eCommerce business uses otherwise you can use our rewards token system to track user check-ins and add credit to users.

  1. If your system supports creating user specific accounts then you can associate unique rewards token with each account. You can also ask user to visit a web page wherein they can enter their own email ids (or detailed profile information such as address, name, phone etc) and get their unique reward tokens. It is possible to have this token code encoded on a bar code of a physical card.

  2. As a business administrator, whenever user mention about their token code while checking in you should visit the NextBee account and on the "Conversions" tab you should click on the "Add Conversions/Points" link and add token id of the user in the form that shows up. If you choose to use bar code encoded loyalty cards then we can have similar action triggered through a card swipe.
