To get started with the campaign you can choose the style of content, whether the content is specific to a page (e.g. product reviews) or get aggregated across all pages on your site (e.g. customer testimonials and survey questions). Once you choose this preference, choose the criteria you would like user to enter 5 star rating and then go on to customize interface of the widget to make sure the branding matches with your website and also if you decide to have pagination activated on the displayed reviews then decide how many reviews should be displayed on one page. To install the widgets, you simply have to copy the script that opens up the review form and also displays the review content on the page.
