What are the setup scripts that I need to use for a loyalty reward promotion if I do not have NextBee SSO feature?

  1. You need to include a script that lets user register and get unique reward token code. You have variety of options to decide the interface for this form - you can either send invites to users in your system and get these token generated by yourself or have small widget which just asks users for their emails to get the reward token, or use a detailed registration form to collect detailed profile information of the user before issuing them a rewards token.

  2. You need to host a widget that lets user enter reward token on site. You can either have a widget that requires users to enter the reward token before they go through the ordering process or have widget wherein you let users enter reward token after they go through the transaction (or your customer service agents enter the token for user on a widget hosted on the order management screen in the back-end). If you have single agent then you can enter the reward token for user directly in your NextBee account without using any widget at all. In nutshell, you have many options to get the reward token associated with the order and you need to choose at least one of them to make sure this data is tracked.

  3. If you are asking user to enter reward token before they go through ordering process then you need to add points tracking script on the order confirmation page.
