What default message is shown to users after they submit the referral?
The default message users see after they submit the referrals is based on whether they already have reward program account.
If user has never created an account to track rewards data then
user is shown the message informing him/her that if he/she chooses
to do so then it is possible to setup personal account to track
success in the reward program.
If user has created an account in the past but while submitting the
referral user was not logged in to that account, then user is shown
the login message
If user is already logged in to his/her account then user is shown
a message to check the reward point’s data on the personal
dashboard.
Often times, while testing your campaign you might see reference to user’s account and you might fear your users will get confused by the reference to an account they never created. But please note, such confusion does not arise because first time referrers are appropriately guided about their option to setup a reward account (You will see reference to account only because as an account administrator you are already logged in to your NextBee account and even otherwise you already have default community user account set up with us).
This is just the default message and if you would like then either using custom template or having custom JavaScript function you can override this behavior altogether.
