Where should I place the banner script?

For the floating widget, you will probably want to place this script in the location where you would like the ad to appear. This script creates the banner you created when you defined the UI settings for your campaign. It will host the ad (always visible) and pop up the promotion window that allows users to refer their friends (when user clicks on the ad).
