What recourse is there if the client is not satisfied with campaigns?

Client satisfaction issues can be categorized into technical or operational short comings of the software/solution/service team and those related to performance of the campaign.

The later entirely depends on the campaign configuration parameters and business dynamics of the client and so NextBee has little control over these factors. In such a scenario the only recourse is to either optimizing the campaign and/or have aggressive promotion.

If the issues are related to technical or operational matters then NextBee will go to a great length to get everything as per the direction of the client and if there is either miscommunication or anything else that is beyond remedy then we will offer full refund for the fees.
